I love being able to support people in their personal movement journeys through Pilates classes at the church. I’m happy when I’m moving, exploring nature, particularly the African bush, or the English countryside. I enjoy connecting with people over a coffee and being with my family.

I’m married to Phil and have three grown up daughters and one son-in-law; who flew the nest and then came home again, three dogs, two cats and one very busy home. I work full time as an administrator for a company that provides occupational health services. I’ve been a part of SBC family since 2015.
